Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping
- $10 AUD flat rate
- Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Express Shipping
- $15 AUD flat rate
- Estimated delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your VOMP package.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, sales, holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. VOMP is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order has been returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your package.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
